Power shoes and power suits have something in common. Usually, they’re ugly and boring. And usually, they say anything except “power.” Think about it, “power shoes” like the ones pictured above, are the most boring heels imaginable. How do those say anything except, “I chose these because they go with every outfit I’ve ever owned”?

The classic pumps, seen as power shoes by many are boring and plain. Power shoes, in my opinion, should be something that say, “Look at me. I’m a powerful person and my shoes rock.” I don’t think a power shoe is something that goes with everything and doesn’t do anything for it. I think a power shoe should be something that goes with something and spices it up.
